If you’re owed a refund, it’s credited to your in-app wallet automatically.
- By default, refunds go to your in-app wallet as credit, and the expected refund is shown before you confirm the cancellation (a breakdown of the amount paid, any non-refundable fees, and what returns to your wallet).
- Refunds to your original payment method (card or e-wallet) are possible in some cases, handled by our team on request, not chosen at cancellation time.
- Wallet credits are non-withdrawable and can only be used to book trips in the app.
