You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you (the “right to be forgotten”).
In the app: open the Profile tab → Account Settings, scroll to the red Delete Account button, and follow the screen:
- Read the information step.
- Verify your email: tap Verify.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then Confirm. You’ll see a “deletion request sent” confirmation.
Or by email: write to [email protected] from the address on your account.
We may ask you to verify your identity first, and requests are processed within 5–10 business days. Some data may need to be kept where the law requires it: for example, we retain identifying data for a minimum of 180 days to comply with Egypt’s Cybercrimes Law No. 175/2018. Once a request is approved, we securely erase your data from our systems.
