All payments go through your in-app wallet, powered by our payment provider OPay. Open the Profile tab and tap Wallet (it shows your EGP balance). The Wallet screen has two buttons: Add Money and Cash out.
Passengers: top up
- Tap Add Money, enter an amount, tap Next, then choose how to pay: Debit/Credit Card, Mobile Wallet, or Cash Deposit (a reference code you pay at an OPay partner store).
- Topped-up credit is in EGP, app-only, and can’t be cashed out.
- When paying for a trip you can pay from this balance, or choose In-App Wallet (auto-deduct) as the payment method.
Car owners: cash out
- After a completed trip, your earnings are credited to your wallet as a withdrawable balance.
- Tap Cash out, enter an amount, tap Next, choose a destination (Bank Transfer, Mobile/Meeza Wallet, or Reference Code cash pickup) and tap Submit Request. Minimum 100 EGP, up to 50,000 EGP per withdrawal, usually within 1–3 business days (allow up to 5).
Before you pay, the Trip Payment screen shows the trip amount and a processing fee. The processing fee applies to card and mobile-wallet payments; paying from your wallet balance has no processing fee.
