Creating a SAFER account takes a couple of minutes. It’s one guided wizard with a progress bar. Just follow the prompts.
- Open the app. On the Welcome screen, tap Create Account. (Already registered? Tap Already a user? Login instead. You can switch the app to Arabic with the language pill at the top.)
- Tell us how you heard about us, then enter your phone number and tap Send Code. Enter the SMS code on the next step and tap Verify.
- Enter your email, tap Send Code, then enter the emailed code and tap Verify. Both your phone and email must be verified to continue.
- Create a password and confirm it.
- Enter your name in English, then your name in Arabic (optional: tap Skip to leave it blank).
- Choose your governorate, your date of birth, and your gender, then turn on the Terms & Conditions agreement.
- Tap Create Account. You’ll land on a Welcome to SAFER! screen. Tap Continue.
If a code doesn’t arrive, check your network and spam folder, then request a new one. You must be 18 or older to use SAFER, and each person may have only one account.
